Personal data that we collet are name, e-mail address, IP address of the user. However, you can also visit the site anonymously via hidden bowsers (Chrome incognito, Mozilla private, etc.). Personal consignments such as email addresses and your name are left only when contacting us through the contact form.

You provide all this information if you would like to contact us or order a product, and you will be asked before you leave it, and the data will be used only to answer your question or to send an order.

We collect information in two cases:

  • when visiting the site: IP address
  • when sending Email message via contact form: Name and Email

Visit our site

When visiting our site, your IP address is recorded by two services: Google Analytics and the WordPress Add-on that is in charge of site security. Google Analytics will delete your information from the database within 38 months. We will delete your IP address that was collected during the site’s visit within 7 days. If your IP address is blocked by our security system, this means that you have attempted to inflict damages on the site, and in this case we can file a criminal complaint against you.

Sending an email

When you send us an email via contact form on our web site, only you email and name will be visible to us.


These are all additional data collected during your visit to the site, which serve to improve the services and personalization of your experience on this site. For example, these are the name of the browser, the type of computer (mobile, tablet, desktop), the operating system, the Internet service provider and other similar information.

It does not show who the individual visited the site is, nor does it have access to data about individual users. Google will store this information in Google’s privacy policy.

Facebook Pixel

Facebook Pixel is a Facebook tool that collects data via Facebook profiles. Access to individual customer data is not available.

Contact form

When it comes to contact form on the site, just after you have filled in (name and email) you make this information available. These data will only be used for the purposes for which they are left: to respond to the messages you have sent us, and they will not be used to promote and send news messages on the site, nor for giving it to a third party. Our site is updated from time to time and you can follow the updates on it by visiting it, we will not notify you.
